I've nominated Galaxion, an article you created, for deletion. We appreciate your contributions, but in this particular case I do not feel that Galaxion satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion; I have explained why in the nomination space (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and the Wikipedia deletion policy). Your opinions on the matter are welcome; please participate in the discussion by adding your comments at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Galaxion and please be sure to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~). You are free to edit the content of Galaxion during the discussion but should not remove the articles for deletion template from the top of the article; such removal will not end the deletion discussion. Thank you. Sandstein 05:55, 13 February 2007 (UTC)

AfD nomination of WEB (Top Secret)
[edit]An editor has nominated WEB (Top Secret), an article on which you have worked or that you created, for deletion. We appreciate your contributions, but the nominator doesn't believe that the article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion and has explained why in his/her nomination (see also "What Wikipedia is not").
Your opinions on whether the article meets inclusion criteria and what should be done with the article are welcome; please participate in the discussion by adding your comments at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/WEB (Top Secret) and please be sure to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~).
You may also edit the article during the discussion to improve it but should not remove the articles for deletion template from the top of the article; such removal will not end the deletion debate. Thank you. BJBot (talk) 18:44, 3 January 2008 (UTC)

Orphaned non-free media (Image:Orion logo from TSSI Administrators Guide cover.JPG)
[edit]Thanks for uploading Image:Orion logo from TSSI Administrators Guide cover.JPG. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BJBot (talk) 06:06, 15 January 2008 (UTC)
My Name
[edit]Ha, no it stems from my nickname. The first syllable from my last name is "Bern", and everyone in high school always called me "Burns". Then in university, I was telling a friend about this and he mentioned that he had a friend whose last name was Burnside. This was about the time I first made a Wikipedia account, so I thought it sounded cool and I stuck it with 65, which is my favourite number for some reason. I don't know what Sandbaggers is, though - is my name coincidentally relevant? Burnside65 (talk) 20:15, 28 February 2008 (UTC)
- The main character's name is Neal Burnside and he's ruthless! Sandbaggers is a very serious espionage tv series from the 70s. Its cool. Jeffrywith1e (talk) 02:30, 29 February 2008 (UTC)
- That's actually kind of creepy, because the friend of a friend of mine that I was talking about is named Neil Burnside. So maybe his dad was a fan and I am named after that character somehow. Burnside65 (talk) 03:59, 29 February 2008 (UTC)
Jesus
[edit]I was wondering why you reverted me at Jesus. Would you care to explain further and comment here? -Andrew c [talk] 23:19, 16 June 2008 (UTC)
- I think there are some Christian who don't believe in the resurrection of Jesus. But it is undeniably in the Bible. So it would be more accurate to state the Bible as a source of the resurrection than most Christians. Jeffrywith1e (talk) 02:34, 17 June 2008 (UTC)

[edit]Hi, I have reverted most of your changes to Survivors (2008 TV series). As the article is about a British TV show, it should use British English. --Deadly∀ssassin 20:26, 17 January 2009 (UTC)

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. The article Witchfire (DC Comics) has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
Fails WP:GNG.
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. TTN (talk) 17:41, 12 January 2020 (UTC)
